Henry Rausch

Henry Rausch graduated from Stanford University and served as a submarine officer on two fast-attack submarines in the 80s and 90s, where he was part of classified missions to the Mediterranean, North Atlantic, and the North Pole. Then he left active service and served in the Reserves, primarily in NATO Submarine Command and Control. He retired as a Commander in 2005 with 22 years of service and lives with his wife in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. He enjoys outdoor activities and flying small planes and has over 4000 hours of experience as a pilot in command. His goal in writing stories is to grab a reader’s attention and entertain, but also to impart something meaningful as well, a genre he calls “literary thrillers.”
