I love reading and writing and creating interesting characters out of the blue. I started writing as a hobby but when I wrote short stories and my friends loved it, I took the plunge into Cozy Murder Mysteries.

I am inspired by Agatha Christie- the queen of mysteries. My other favorite authors are R.K.Narayan, Somerset Maugham, Daphne du Maurier and John Steinbeck. More recent ones are Rohinton Mistry and Alka Joshi.

I am a retired Special Education Teacher and moved to Milton, Ontario after my husband passed away from cancer.

To ward off my loneliness I play bridge and write cozy mysteries. I spend hours on my balcony plotting out sinister characters and amateur sleuths. I love English cottages, roses, lilacs, peach tarts and dogs and cats. There is more to the list but will add later.
