Robert John DeLuca

After an extensive business career, Robert John DeLuca is now having fun. No longer restricted by his former commercial environment, he is enjoying life as an author, where he is limited only by his creativity and passion.

Upon graduation from Brown University, he entered the US Marine Corps serving as a captain in Vietnam. After the service, he became a national banking officer, home builder and real estate developer, eventually founding his own firm. Along the way, he earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. This extensive business experience, and raising four sons and ten grandchildren, provide fertile resources for his writing endeavors.

He delves into fiction and non-fiction, including his “Nelson Family Saga” and “Marshall Morris” young adult series. His list also includes a memoir on the 60’s and Vietnam, as well as books about NFL head coaches. He has authored magazine pieces, won short story contests, contributed to several anthologies, and won “book-of the-year” awards from Texas Authors, Inc.

He lives in Texas with his wife, and very active lab, Floyd.
